8. Legal Compliance
  • All transactions and agreements will be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of India.
  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Third-party Services
  • Services like water, electricity, gas, and internet connectivity are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
  • The developer shall not be responsible for delays or disruptions caused by these external agencies.
